DINA S.FARID
FOUNDER

Dina S.Farid is an Egyptian finance lawyer focusing on project finance and financial regulations in Africa with 16 years of experience in the field of law and finance.
Dina started her legal career in 2004 as a legal researcher and technical assistant to the president of the Egyptian National Council for Human Rights, former UN Secretary General H.E Boutros Boutros Ghali. In 2006, Dina held the position of “Assistant Legal Advisor to the Minister” at the Egyptian Ministry of Finance until July 2012.
In 2016, Dina became part of the founding team of New Giza University (NGU).
Dina has a diverse mix of public and private sector experience, which includes international experience of advising on Project Finance and Renewable Energy matters in the Middle East & North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, France, and the Caribbean.
Throughout various positions, she has advised on financial policy issues to the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Government of Kenya, Government of Jordan, and Government of St Lucia, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, International Monterey Fund, and United Nations Development Program and World Health Organization.
Dina has also advised on corporate matters for Apple, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Barclays and British Petroleum.
